Look for El Tomato, should be a balcony directly facing you as you walk in.

Like Preddy, I'm assuming you meant the old town of Puerto del Carmen...

A couple of doors down from El Tomate is a French Restaurant called Bistro Montmartre which is exceptionally good in terms or service and quality. There are a couple of very good seafood places at the harbour and a few distinctly average ones too. Some of the restaurants do fish baked in salt. If you've never had it before, go for it. Fantastic when it's done properly.

Me'n'her like Restaurant La Chalana, in the old town. We had a great seafood paella there, last month. :)

One we went into at the start of the month was La Cascada its located on the left hand side as your walking down into the old town before you turn up for the harbour

Oscars is lovely too.. and Irish guy and his wife own it, I think she is Spanish but not sure.. very simply decorated place but has a nice atmosphere and lovely food. Service is good too.

Not the cheapest place in town but well worth it, we paid €60 incl tip, 2 people for 3 courses, coffee, bottle of wine and beer.. so not too bad.. :)
