Birthday dress

Hope someone can help with this.

I'll be turning 25 the begining of September and I've never really celebrated my bday, for one reason or another. This year, one of my friends is organising a dinner in a nice Italian & drinks afterwards just to mark the date. I'm not really a girly girl but am going to try and make an effort, just wondering if anyone has seen any nice dresses anywhere lately? I'm petite so can't really wear those maxi dresses and would love a dark green coloured one.........

Can you buy online at Victoria's Secret and have it sent to Ireland? Will you need to pay tax/vat/import duty once the order reaches Ireland?
