Honda Stream Fuse Box??

Hi, I have a 2002 Honda Stream 1.7 Lt, Jap import. The cigarette lighter fuse is gone on it so Sat Nav cant be used. Under the lid of the fuse box there is the map of the layout of the fuses but no sign of the cigarette lighter fuse, also none of them visually seem to be blown, and to top it off the writing is in…

Does your under dash fusebox look like this.

If so, it's number 18, which is a 15A. (never mind the arrows pointing to the relays in the diagram above)
