We'll have 2 double rooms available in Cluain Aoibhinn in Maynooth come September. The house is detached and really big, with a huge kitchen, utility room, shower room and sitting room downstairs, a full bathroom and 4 bedrooms upstairs and is fitted out really well. It's 20 minutes' walk to the college, but if you've a car there's loads of parking in the drive (room for at least 4 cars). The rooms are a great size too. Rent is €330 per month.

We'd prefer postgrads or mature students since we're both 25-year-old postgrads ourselves. Either girls or guys are welcome (there are 2 guys and 2 girls in the house at the moment, the guys are going the girls are staying) We're laid back and easy-going, but if you have sessions in the house without cleaning up after them the next day, we reserve the right to kill you. The landlord's massively laid back too, but whenever any problems have come up they've sorted them straight away.
