...that I should have already known.

Do not eat a plum about 90 minutes before a 13 mile run with tempo segments.

The outcome is not pleasant. Especially when the digestive system starts complaining when you're 4 miles from home.

You should have bought the non-laxative tempo segments, Tesco have been doing them for a while now.

    (In a cheesey American accident)

Have you ate a plum before a run ?
Is the plum playing the bongos on your small intestine ?
Are you afraid to risk a fart ?
Are you afraid you will poo your pants ?

If you've answered yes to at least two of he above you need the "Pikey poo(C)". Yes the pikey poo, regardless of your location the pikey poo will evacuate your bowels and get you back running freely within 30 seconds*. The pikey poo has been shown to be successful in rural, urban and suburban locations.

    (C) The pikey poo has been exclusively branded by TheRoadRunner corporation 2008.

*It is recommended you bring some bog roll.

"Running through the jungle and I feel my tummy rumble: Diarrhea, Diarrhea"

"me ma wasn't in so I did it in the bin: Diarrhea, Diarrhea"

"People think its funny, but its really hot and runny: Diarrhea, Diarrhea"

    Can't remember anymore.

I too learned something yesterday, as I strode around the long mile road and walkinstown avea around 9pm last night, i reflected that my decision to have a foot long meatball marina sub from sub way, with extra jalapeno peppers and hot chilli sauce was definitely NOT a good pre-run meal, even it eaten 6 hours in advance

Grapefruit segments taste better than tempos.

    :pac:
