    Well

Im sure this is an age old topic in this forum but am guna post it anyways!

I brush my teeth twice a day as normal, however my teeth are pretty yellow. I dont smoke, drink coffee, tea or red wine. I do however drink roughly 2 pints of milk a day. I cant really understand how my teeth are yellow!

Anywho am just wondering does anyone have any theorys or ideas that can help me whiten my teeth without resorting to expensive whitening products and treatments?

    Cheers in advance!

Just buy Crest Whitening strips. I actually juts bought some last night for €40. Best thing is, they work!!

Just take it easy with them as using them too much can cause some temporary sensitivity - the ones I use are Crest Premium and they're twice a day, but I go one a day for 3/4 days then take some days off then one a day or 3/4 days etc etc. After 3 weeks your teeth are lovely and White, but you'll notice the difference after 5 days!
