Bulmers @ Tesco: 12*500ml cans for €15.00

picked up 12 cans of Bulmers tonight for €15.00 in Tesco.

Offer available on the website too (think it's for the Bank Holiday weekend).

That is very good value. Cans of bulmers are normally around €2.50 a can.

If you prefer to give spend your money in an Irish owned company, O'Brien's are doing 8 cans for €12 (not quite such a good deal)

Why would you want to spend more money on the same thing? Now if O'Brien's were to do 12 for €15, that'd be different.

Bulmers/Magners is one of the most price-gouged products on the Irish market, the gouging being done by the Irish retailers, as it's typically available in the UK for around £1 a can.

Doesn't seem to be on offer in Finglas. There €2.24 a can priced matched against lidl. Although there's a 4 pack of kopenbergs pear for €6.

IMO Aldis 500ml of staroslav (Czech beer) 5% at 1.09 a bottle or
Aldis 6pack of Frankfurter (german beer 4.9%) €6.29

Or Lidls 6packs of Perlenbacher (bottles of German beer 4.9%) €6.29

Are much nicer beers! The Czech beer in particular is very tasty, but both German beers (Pils if I'm not mistaken) taste fairly simlar and are a dream to drink, get them near ice cold and guzzle guzzle guzzle!

No offense mate but you haven't a clue.

This is a great deal, i never seen Bulmers this cheap. Stock up lads because i don't believe theres any way Tesco are making money out of this.

Thanks OP. Just went down there with my dad. Picked up 6 x 12 packs of bulmers and a 12 pack of bud for the bro. Total came to €95. Get 10% off as I might know an employee of the fine establishment.

You cannot turn your nose up at those sort of prices. That should keep me going till the end of the month, and beyond.:)
