    Hey all,

Just wondering If any of you have tried any ELF products? http://www.eyeslipsface.co.uk/

Thier Studio Line is getting rave reviews all over the Web and the prices are fantastic.

Would be good to know peoples expereinces with it before I fork out loads of my hard earned moolah on it!

    Thanks

Oooh bit of mixed reviews there!

    Im thinking of ordering
Mineral blush in Coral- Its meant to be like Nars Orgasm.
Mineral Foundation in Fair- I've never tried mineral foundation before and heared this is as good as the top brands
Studio High definition powder- Its mean to be just as good as MUFE powder.
    Mineral Lipstick in Nicely Nude
    Studio Complexion

If anyone has tried these please do let me know!

Hi I've a good few bits from ELF and overall find them great. I have the HD powder and it's a really nice really really fine powder which set makeup really nicely without caking. The only thing I would say is use a light hand and apply sparingly because it's so light your brush will pick up loads! I have a mineral lipstick in the bright coral colour and it's really bright and vibrant. It's rich and long lasting (slightly drying but a bit of balm will fix that). I've yet to get a nude shade, but I'd imagine the forulations are all the same more or less.

I haven't tried any of their mineral line but I have the Studio blush in peachy keen... it's great for daytime but find it a bit subtle for evening as they are not super pigmented (although the colour is buildable).

Hope this has been of some help!

    Hey,

I've also tried ELF and I found them cheap and brilliant! I got a nude lipgloss which I love and a tone correcting concealer, and I got a lovely clear lipgloss free.

I found it all great but unfortunately because they only accept credit cards I can't get anymore. I can't find my 3v card! :(

I have them as a friend on facebook and they do promotions every so often with codes for 10% off and stuff...Very nice! They also put up youtube clips of makeup application with their stuff and I have to say it's gorgeous! :)

Beaut.ie are relatively big fans of this brand - see here for recent post on Studi Blush.

I haven't tried it yet, but all these good reviews are making me interested.

the studio bronzer is really good - the golden one (lightest shade) gives just a nice glow for pale skin.

Ive tried the liquid lipsticks from the cheap line and these are grand - a little bit of a chemically smell but nice enough.

The clear mascara is fine - not sure why they bother having two sides to it though! I saw a blogger said it didnt "hold" her brows but I find it fine.

I like the pen eyeliners as well.

The little four pan pallettes are deadly as they hold mac so brilliant for travel if you have depotted your eyeshadows.

I bought the cheapy primer recently but I havent actually tried this as Im using a mac paint pot.

So I finally recieved my order yesterday. I waited for a discount and got 20% of my total purhcase. Delivery took about a week.

I've only had the prodcuts a day so I can't give a full review but here's my first impressions.

The packaging is excellent. All the compacts I got looked really sleek and professional looking

Mineral Lipstick in Nicely Nude- This looks pink on the website but is red in reality. Its okay, nothing to go mad over. Its makes my lips a shade darker than their usual colour. Bit dissapointed as I wanted something pinker.
Texture and packaging is good though

Studio Kabuki Brush- Love this product. The bristles are lovely and soft, and applied my bronzer perfectly.

Mineral Foundation in Fair- Too dark for my skin and is just like a powder really. Maybe Im putting it on wrong but I thought mineral foundation was meant to be more of a foundation finish than a powdery finish?
Also the pot is very small and this makes it difficult to get an even amount onto the brush.

Mineral Blush in Coral: I'm a blush junkie and usually like my cheeks to be really pink. This is a very natural colour and its given me a very natural, healthy glow today. I'm impressed

High Definition powder and complexion perfection: Haven't used these yet,but both look very imressive.

Eye primer and liner sealer- I used this on my eyelids this morning and my eyeshadow is still on, so thats a good sign :) Il probably use the primer by itself to, as it has the exact same effect as Benefit's Lemon Aid. Very good!

False Lashes in Natural - They look great and at €1.70 for a set of falsies I can see these being a staple in my makeupbag.

All this makeup in total cost me around €25,which is excellent value for what are top quality products.

    I absolutly adore ELF.

The only thing is I don't like their nail varnishes. They require 3 coats for any colour =/
