    Hi all,
I'm starting to notice I'm getting pain in my right forearm & wrist while typing at work.

Can anyone recommend a shop/specialist in Dublin where I can get advice on typing gloves, etc, to prevent this RSI from getting any worse?
    :(

Never heard of gloves but there are gel wrist supports you can use to ease of the pressure on your wrists. They're available from some stationary and office suppliers e.g http://www.maplin.co.uk/Module.aspx?ModuleNo=46840

It might be a good idea to look at your work station as a whole, is your seat at the correct height etc, as this may be adding to the problem. A quick google will give you lots of advice/images of the correct way to sit at a computer
