Problem water pipe in an RV

My first post to boards.ie so hello all.

I bought a Canadian RV a year ago and am now having problems with the water system. It is an unusual piping system with unusual linking systems.

The spec for the pipe is 1/2" CTS
    also
5/8"" OD is also written on the pipe

I hope someone may be able to help with this problem as it is breaking my heart. I don't want to replace the pipes as it runs through a gas water boiler. The line in question is a cold pipe which did run to a resovire which I removed due to leaks from multiple sources.

I have attached a picture in the hope it might better help you see the issue.
