teaching council recognition for more than 2 subjects

    Just a question about TC recognition. If you have the required number of undergrad qualifications to teach 3 subjects do you also need to have taken teaching methodology courses in all 3 subjects in order to get TC recogntion? If this is the case - how have others got recognition for their 3rd subject because you can only take 2 subjects for pgde?

    No you dont need to take the methodology courses.

    do they recognise sujects you did in first year in college?

    No, you must have studied it to degree level.
