Freesat Box Problen

I have a Sagem Freesat HD Box which was programmed with a London Post Code

The BBC Channels (BBC1 London/BBC2 England) and CBS Action are all showing freezing picture and pixelated picture and eventually get the 'Loss of Signal' error.

ITV's/ITV HD are fine with full strength showing on the signal.

BBC HD is also fine with full strength also.

Pressing Info button on remote shows me 10773 as the frequency for BBC1 London.

I am replacing an old sky box in the house with this Freesat box and using the same cable input.

BBC1 London is fine on my Sky Box - I also manually tuned it in using 'Add Channels' with 10773 frequency and it is also fine.


So my question are as follows :

1) Is this a problem with the dish alignment ?


2) Is the tuner in the Sagem not as strong as the one in the Sky box ?

Any suggestions or help greatly appreciated.

check your f connections both ends of your coax between sat dish and receiver and make sure no kinks in cable, had similar problem on my freesat receiver,coax cable was problem in my case
