looking to play 9 after work with few lads. normally play stepaside (public course) but i dont think it great and am looking for a change.

can you recommend somewhere decent that aint gonna cost a fortune?

has anyone played leopardstown? what's it like?

What price range are you looking for?

Foxrock golf club is a 9 hole course.
It's a bit pricier though, probably looking around 30 to 40 euro for the 9 holes I think.

Ballinascorney beside Columbus College is a nice little 9 hole. Not long but well looked after. Green fees are 12 euro for 9 or 20 for 18, I think.

Lep is super ordinary, very baisc, not worth playing.... Glenmill on N11 near Newtownmountkennedy is a great little par 3 course for cheap money, some v.good holes, might be a little far south for you... 15 mins from Cherrywood exit....

+1 for glenmill. played this practically every saturday for the last 2 months and havent got bored of it yet.

At last I've got over my mental breakdown on the 7th tee (so much so I hit the pin on sat).
