    hey all,

    ok taking things up a notch and looking to improve my times for this years DCM. I've got Runkeeper on the iphone which takes care of my pace, gps etc.

    I don't have a HRM at the moment and looking for any tips on a cheap but effective one that will get me up and running.

    not paying for anyone fancy in these recessionary times!
