Need Help With Sharp LC40LE600E

Got it set up eventually yesterday (after hounding my other half to put down the wooden floor in the room) and scanned the channels to tune them in. Now, I'm delighted to say it picked up 70+ channels/radio stations.
I got the Sharp LC40LE600E last week from Currys and set it up last night. Plugged it in and auto-scanned and recieved 70+ channels between the irish ones and freeview.

I've two questions I was hoping anyone here could help me with

    1) The channels are all over the place - is there anyway I could re-arrange them so that 1 = BBC1, 2=BBC2, 3= BBC3, 4=BBC4, 5=UTV 6=CH4 7=RTE1 8=RTE2 etc... There doesnt seem to be a channel list to do this on the Setup menu?

    and

    2) We have our Sky tuned in on as Channel No. 9 on the two other TVs in the house. We use magic eyes to change them. In the scan I dont believe that the Sky channel was tuned in. I will look again this evening but is there a way to look for this channel. I believe you cant manuel tune this TV.

Would really appreciate if anyone could help me in any way.
