Hey Enders200,

The address is No.14 Harvard Close in College Court [see google maps for reference]. Its extremely close to UL, about 3-4 mins from the Kemmy Business School and the Schuman Building, and another 2 minutes walk to the Concert Hall [Foundation Building].

Bills are as follows:
Rent is €60 per week.
Television is just €4 per month [€24 per month divided by 6]
Internet is €8 per month [€48 per month divided by 6]
ESB on average is €30-35 every 2 months [usually the bills are €180 - €210 every 2 months divided by 6]
Home heating oil will depend on how much we agree on together - it varies
Refuse Collection is about €340 for the year, again divided by 6, is less than €60 each, and approximately €2 per week

There is a €250 deposit, which you will get back. The landlord is very nice. I have been living here for the past 5 years, and have never had a problem with him. He will fix anything that is wrong, or that you have a problem with.

Utilities include:
Washing Machine
Tumble Dryer
Microwave
Large Fridge
2 Freezers [there are 6 people living there, so that is a bonus]
Internet
SKY television
Electric Shower
