    Hi

    Not sure if this one is correct forum but I searched to no avail.

    Story is - I bought car from kind of friend but I haven't got car papers.

    He told me that need to look for them but now after couple of weeks he left country and told me that he lost papers and it isn't his problem anymore.

    Where I need to go to get new papers ?
