Webcam Software for Samsung N140 netbook

Got one of these and its installed with Cyberlink Youcam which is crap. Downloaded play camera but when I open it up all I get is an invalid argument was encountered. Anyone know what this is and how to fix it Are there any other webcam software out there that just show the image and none of the crap ie pictures etc Thanks
