Enabling maths application?

I was just on the GMIT website looking up the enabling maths programme as there's a chance that I may have failed maths. Although the site gives detailed information about the course itself the only mention of the application to the course is the fee and the date the application must be received by. I wasn't going to bother looking into the application much until I actually got my results but the end date is two days after the results which wouldn't really leave much time. Basically this long rambling post is leading up to two simple questions:

    How do you apply?

Can you apply before the results are received or do you have to wait till after?
