    Mods - I've already posted this in the Music forum but thought there might be some people here that would be interested in this event who mightn't visit that forum. Feel free to delete from this forum if against the rules.

    Hi folks,

    There will be a micro music festival taking place in Skellys, Ballymahon, Co. Longford next weekend (August Bank Holiday). Helium 2010 is in aid of charity (FASI http://www.fasi.ie) and is taking place next Saturday, July 31st.

    The line up includes Damien Dempsey, The Third Coming (Stone Roses tribute) and Clann an Drumma (Scottish tribal band) and a load more acts.

    Other attractions on the night will include fire breathers, fire poi, bbq and pig on a spit.

    There will be a campsite set up nearby with free access for all ticketholders and there will be an after party here with music going on til the very early hours of the next moring.

    If anyone wishes to stay around for the Sunday night (it is a bank holiday weekend after all) there will be more acts playing in Skellys.

    Tickets costs €26.50 and can be bought at http://www.tickets.ie.
    Alternatively, tickets can be bought in various shops around the midlands, for a list see link below.
