SoundMagics!

Just ordered some PL30s, after getting some PL11s a month or two ago and really liking them. Felt they were a little bass-heavy for me though, so by all accounts the PL30s might do the trick. They are certainly worth trying for the price I feel, as I have tried Sennheisers (cx300, and the cx200 more recently) and they often end up breaking on me (e.g. one ear starts becoming intermittent) and I feel the SOundmagics are comparable from my PL11 experience at any rate.

There doesn't seem to be too much talk of these puppies on the forum, so just wondering if anyone else here was feeling the SoundMagic love and could recommend the best model to go for in case the Pl30 isn't enough for me!? :D

They're probably the most talked about earphones on this particular forum in recent months, lots of love for them.

Seriously?? I did a search and found 4 or 5 threads in total and some only had really minor mentions??

    *for shame*

I had PL50s and still regret selling them. Great value brand. I think they're a lot more balanced than the PL30s but I wouldn't necessarily look to them as an upgrade if you like the sound of the PL30s.
