The 3 that always spring to mind for me are:

Arthuro "Thunder" Gatti Vs "Irish" Mickey Ward

Trilogy of fights. Not the best fighters but they had great heart and didn't know how to give up which made for one of the greatest bouts in boxing history. After the first fight they both became really good friends and had great respect for each other. After the rubber match Mickey Ward retired and became Arthuro Gattis coach. Sadly Gatti was strangled around this time last year in Rio De Janeiro by his wife (I was there at the time too). RIP. There's a movie being made about Mickey Ward at the moment called 'The Fighter' starring Mark Wahlberg as Mickey Ward and Christian Bale as his older brother. There's plenty of tribute / HL / Homage videos on youtube. Here's one of my favs.

Leonard Garcia Vs "The Korean Zombie" Chan Sung Jun

I'm going to let this fight speak for itself. Joe Rogan and Dana White have said it's possibly the best fight they've ever seen. It really is outstanding. These guys threw bombs for 3 rounds and they just got more into it as the fight went on. All 3 rounds below. Enjoy it. Great show of respect after too.

    Carlos Condit Vs Jake Ellenberger

Can't find any vids of this. It was at UFC Fight Night 19. Great fight. Exciting stand up and grappling. I was sure Condit was unconscious in the first round! Really great back and forth.

More to come. Post up your own too.
