Im looking to share a calendar on the web, I'll need about 20 people to be able to view and modify same. I know I can do this with gmail calendar apps but Everyone needs to have a gmail account.

    Is there any other options??

    Thanks

Well I was gonna suggest Google/Gmail... I think whatever you are going to use, if it's on the web, is gonna have to involve them logging in to something anyway...

Why dont you set up two gmail accounts, set up the shared calendar and see how it works out. If it works well, then just set up all the user accounts yourself and text the information to the users... I usually write up a word document to show (VERY basically) how to use the system and give everybody a copy.

Unless you're gonna inveset in Exchange and set up Outlook Web Access, which would mean you would have all the information on your own site.
