I say stupid because she knew she was entering the platform area and walks straight off the edge putting lives in danger for those trying to assist her in and also the for the driver who would have had a very frightening experience.

With her handycap she should have taken extreme caution or asked for assistance from station staff or passengers and should have felt the "braile" or lumpy edge of the platform specifically put there to assist blind people. also where is her stick?.

Almost another candidate for the Darwin awards. :D

I wonder if she was so stupid that she coudn't spell handicap? How do you know there was a 'lumpy edge' to the platform? It isn't clear on the video or from the article.

    ...There but for the grace of God go I . . . . .

says she was visually impaired so maybe she was short sighted and went out without glasses? or was it a suicide attempt?

Run_to_da_hills, no need to be so derogative about it.

Is she actually talking on a phone as she crosses the platform?
