Gliptone gentle leather cleaner is good, it's a spray cleaner. I would spray it on to the leather and work in with a microfibre cloth. If the leather is really dirty you can use a soft bristle brush to work the cleaner in. Wipe off residue with a damp microfibre or terry cloth.

Use a conditioner after to keep the leather supple.

+1 on the Gliptone leather cleaner and conditioner. Done a good bit of research before purchasing one and the Gliptone products seemed to come out on top. My cleaner is not in spray format though but rather like a gel/liquid that can be applied with either a cloth or soft bristle brush.
