Maintenance arrears

If maint summons was issued in May but still hasn't gotten to court and won't untill Sept due to court been cancelled, adjournments etc, is there any chance of recovering arrears? Thanks:confused:

I am subject to correction on this,
It can only be back dated to date of issue of the summons. In your case May.
