Bus Driver Seat-Belt exemption?

i had a look at citizens information but couldn't find anything
does anyone know what the current law is for bus or coach drivers regarding the wearing of seat-belts?
they were exempt from the law due to the nature of the job with getting up and down to deal with people or their luggage but is it still the case?

thanks for that but there is no specific mention of bus drivers only small vehicles like taxis or limos
