My Nct was due for June but couldn't geet an appointment till September. I am sure i read somewhere that if they cant provide a test within 4 weeks you don't have to pay. I aked the NCT customer servic but they were vaague about what way this works. Has anyone done this yet

was in ballymun test centre yesterday. To amuse myself - read the charter. Think it said if test not arranged in 3 weeks then it's free.
