Missed Flight From Bangkok

    My brother has just miss his flight from bangkok to london....his own fault of course. i'm just wondering has he any come back,the BA desk over doesnt open for another 8 hrs. or must he just buy a new ticket?? is skyscanner the best way to find cheap flights?? any airline would do at this stage

    They'll probably put him on the next flight that they can. I doubt he'll have to fork out a full fare. Hang on till they open or try ringing a helpdesk? I'm sure theres one open now?

    They might put him on the next flight for free, or they may charge a change fee to do so - but there is absolutely no obligation on their part to do either of those. So yes, he may end up having to pay for a new flight.
