3GS disabling data

I gave my 3GS to my other half, she is on ready to go with 02 however the phone seems to be taking little bites out of her credit no matter how careful she is with it. How do you disable the data while keeping it wifi enabled? I have been mucking around with it to no avail. Thanks

It's available on ios4. Go to setting then general then network and turn off cellular data. Other than that ya need to in and use sbsettings
