iTunes 9.2.1 - Synch Issues

    Hi

    Updated to iTunes 9.2.1 (On Mac) and it will not sync with my iPhone (3GS, 3.1.2, factory unlocked)

    Did everything possible, reboot, etc....

    Removed itunes totally, reinstalled iTunes 9.2 and perfect.

    Just be aware and don't delete you iTunes 9.2 install file just in case you need to remove 9.2.1

    I also had a problem with my first synch with 9.2.1. It seemed to think I had plugged in a new phone and had to restore from the latest backup. But it's been fine since.

    OP did you run Disk Utility "Repair Disk Permissions" before applying the update? It often fixes weird inexplicable problems.

    would it be an issue with iTunes 9.2.1 working with iPhone 3.1.2?
    i just updated to 9.2.1 and its working normally on my 3Gs with iOS 4.0.1

    Surely iTunes will work with any verion of OS ? or would I need to update
