Seen them about a few times. I'm sure it can't be too difficult, but it boggles the ould head all the same. Some nice effects. I stole this off the Random photo thread; It was originally posted here, by Trooney. Just wondering if anyone can tell me what program you've to use or how you'd go about it? Apologies if already…
