    thanks reason being, i don't want it (ios4) so i can jailbreak and unlock it

    op all the iphones with the exception of the new 8gb 3gs will still be on 3.1.2 or 3.1.3.

    the new 8gb 3gs that were released a few weeks ago are coming with ios4.
