I hope your not planning on driving up/down each day, or even catching a lift? :P

I think getting up and down is cheaper via the bus rather then rail, but takes a good bit of time.

I'm moving down from Galway too, from the sounds of things I'll be staying down there most of the year, 6hours on the bus sounds murderous!

I know, the Train isnt great either, u can do it in 4 hours, but you have to change in Kildare, and that service is at 5 in the morning!
The rest involves changing a couple of times, and even going directly to Dublin and waiting an hour and a half for the Waterford train. Absolute madness! Coming back on a Friday seems like a tour of Ireland!!! Waterford to Dublin to Portlaoise to Limerick Junction to Limerick to Galway......WTF????

    Aer Arann??

Well I've now heard if you drive it's alot shorter a journey.
Have you gotten student accom. yet?
You can move in on Friday if you have.
I'm in Manor Village and they said I'm OK to move in on the Friday! :)

Madness I know, I'm living in Galway now but i'm originally from Leitrim.
My brother went to WIT and it took him 8 hours to get home. Madness!
You could go to america in that amount of time.
I think he use to get a bus to Dublin then have to wait around and then get a bus to Sligo then a taxi to Leitrim. Crazy Shtuff.
