    Double room available in Salthill, Galway. 355euros

    My housemate had to move back home due to unfortunate circumstances(no i did not eat her) so here I am looking for someone to fill her shoes :)


    I am a 22 year old, Irish female, looking for someone who's easy going and likes to have the craic. I won't lie but I do like to party and would prefer someone whos the same.
    Looking for either a male or female, once you're sound, a bit nerdy and will play xbox with me it doesn't really matter. :P
    I'm the kind of person that likes to go to the beach at 4am and is up for anything really.
    Saying that I'm also a nice polite, caring person who would respect your privacy and won't be disturbing you if you need to be up early.
    Also have a nice group of friends who would be very welcoming.
    Looking for someone who would be a housemate but also a friend :)


    The room for rent is in a lovely, safe, secure appartment block. It is a huge double room, has massive bed, desk and has plenty of storage space.

    The appartment itself is quite roomy, has everything you could possibly need. I have my own 32inch tv as the main sitting room tv. Sittingroom is tastefully decorated.
    Decent sized bathroom with powerful shower.
    Theres a large balcony aswell as a roof garden with amazing views of the city and the sea. Perfect for parties ;)
    There's a massive free carpark right in front of the building. It never fills up so there is plenty of spaces for yourself and for visitors. Bins included in the rent.

    Not too far from UCG or NUIG, local bus route should cover you if you're a student. Right beside plenty of shops, pubs, off licences and bus stop into town etc. The sea and beaches are right across the road... aswell as a playground for your inner childs needs.
