Ipod Nano 4 Trouble & Moving Music to PC

    So I woke up a few days ago and my ipod wouldn't turn on.
    Gave it a full nights charge and followed all the steps on the apple website.
    This left it working aside from the clickwheel.
    Everything else is perfect, if i shake it it will go on shuffle and it will
    connect to my computer etc.
    It isn't in warranty and I can't afford to get it repaired by apple.
    Any suggestions?

    Also, I'm trying to copy the music from my ipod onto my computer so I can put it on an old mp3 in the meantime and can't figure out a way.
    There isn't a music folder when I connect to the computer.
