Great Customer Service from Chris @ Shaving.ie

    I recently decided to ditch the ol Mach 3 and switch to DE shaving after reading a lot of posts in this forum. After reading all of your recommendations I decided to go with Shaving.ie

    About a week after the package arrived, I decided to try out the Mitchells wool fat shaving shampoo and dish that I bought. The dish cover was broken and so was a stypic pencil that I had bought. The package was well wrapped and protected but it must have been thrown about the place or dropped by the courier. Anyways, I took a picture and emailed Chris. Within an hour, he had emailed me back and posted out replacements which arrived 2 days later. I just wanted to post this message as I have experienced a lot of bad customer service online and its nice to see and compliment some great customer service. I have no affiliation with shaving.ie, just impressed with their service.

    I've ordered from Chris a few times now and i've never been less than 100% satisfied with the service. Irish online retailers, take note of what this Gentleman is doing. He puts most of you to shame.

    They certainly should take note:
    - Very fast deliver
    - Decent prices
    - Very active with customers on the likes of Boards etc
    - Great for getting stuff thats requested

    and on the very very rare occasion something might go wrong he also sorts it out perfectly.

    What more can you ask for from a online retailer? :D

    Yeah have to agree, only bought a small starter order from Chris and when I got it I had a small query so I mailed him and he got back to me within the hour and all was sorted the same day, great service
