    Very simple quick question

In the repeats what percent do you have to get to pass an exam. I take it you are not able to compensate and must get 40% to pass, would I be right in thinking that?

Yup its 40%. If you could compensate, it would have been done in the end of semester exams.

Yes it's 40%. There are two exceptions.

    1. If you are repeating all six modules in the semester then normal compensation rules apply. ie: no more than 2 marks under 35%, double the difference in other papers.
    2. If you deferred the exam in the summer, then the exam is your 1st sitting and you can compensate if you passed the other 5 modules in the previous sitting. Again, you must get 35% to compensate.
