Moved to Mayo for more exposure.
Erris doesn't have that much to offer it seems (depending on what your looking for) but here's some links

Take a trip back towards blacksod on the mullet peninsula, views are amazing on a fine day. If you have the time a day trip out to the deserted island of inishkea is well worth it. If you play golf there is a great links course in cairn about 5/10 minutes outside the town of Belmullet they also have good food in the clubhouse. If you have kids with you there is bowling and games just outside Belmullet. Also many geeat beaches around the area including blue flag beaches. There is a water sports centre called 'uisce' located on the peninsula aswell.

Just back, Blacksod is beautiful and we managed to hit the heritage day in Geesala which was great fun.The area around St Dervila's well is lovely. Didn't get to Iniskea, but would hope to do so next time.
