Vodafone Voicemail on 3GS not working

ok ive set up my voicemail and says its activated

but when sumbody calls it just rings out and never goes to the voicemail

how do i sort this ?????

try this -

*004*08x5xxxxxxx*11*yy#

where 08x5xxxxxxx is your phone number and yy is the number of seconds in 5 second increments (5, 10, 15, ...) before your call should be diverted to voicemail if you don't pick it up, usually 20 or 30 (the maximum). This will divert calls to voicemail if you are out of network reach or have your phone turned off, if you are busy or if you don't answer in the specified time.
