Ah it's changed with the flickr update. Right click on the image you want in Flickr (make sure you're viewing that image only). There should be options there for various sized images. Let's say you wanted the 640 pixel option, click on that. When the image loads up right click and select 'Copy Image Location'.

When you've done that you can paste the address into the Insert Image pop-up box that is mentioned in the post I linked to.
