iPhone shazam help!!

    Right when I got my iPhone about a month ago i downloaded the free version of shazam, then After using my 5 free tags I bought the version. A week or so ago I downloaded ios4. Since I got the full version I kept using the free app icon even though both were on the screen. Ever since I got ios4 there has only been one icon. There today I tried to shazam a song and it said I have used my five free ones this month and need to download the full version to continue. What I want to know is if I download the full version again will it charge me?? And if so how do I get it for free!!

    Sorry this is a bit long winded

    Never knew there was a 5 song limit, I've never encountered this :confused:

    But anyway, if you already purchased it, then just purchase it again using the account that you originally purchased it with. It will look like you are going through the purchase process, it will even present you with the buy popup, but once you click that it will tell you that you have already purchased it and that you can download it again.

    Apple need to change that as it looks very misleading and sometimes when you are not sure if you purchased something or not, then it's too late once you click the buy button.

    They really do, the only reason I can think of is that they know you could just drag the app from your iTunes on to your device again if you want to put it back on.

    Any app you purchase or download should also get synched to iTunes. Even if you delete it from your iPhone, all you have to do is go to your iPhone's apps tab in iTunes and tick the box next to the app and it will be copied back over to your iPhone.
