    Can anyone help. Recently the picture quality on my TV (I have UPC Digital package) has gotten really bad.

    Any suggestions. Thinking of switching to Sky but think i need a dish

    IS it on all channels?
    are the connections on the back of the tv and stb in place? (disconnect them and reconnect them)

    You could ring customer service if you have checked everything and still have a prob.

    If you switch to sky you WILL need a dish (its part of the install)

    thanks for the reply - yeah its on all non-sky channels for sure. I think sky is a bit better but my luddite description of it would be "pixilated". We got sent a new card a while back but i think we took too long to do the upgrade

    Anyway - i'll try what you said mate - cheers
