Can anyone recommend a good web host?

    Hi,

    looks like i will have to change my web host and i was wonder would anyone have any recommendation?
    I am currently with letshost and my site is down every evening and now - again - my ssl certificate is gone (yes, it has been paid)... all is just a big pain and i seems to be going nowhere with them.

    They are claiming that the fact that my site is not loading is down to my ISP - well please correct me if i am wrong - if you checked with few other people who are with different ISP and the message was the same - yep page down! - is that down to isp or the host provider??

    Anyway I would really appreciate some recommendations... i know where i can find a list of available hosts but there is no rating and i dont want to end up again with someone like lethosts...
