hi everyone! i got one of these receivers last year(only using it now) and I am trying to receive turksat42 but having lots of problems doing so, no problems in receiving hotbird.. ANY IDEAS!!! Please help!!!!!!

Point your dish towards the ground. That's what i had to do when lining up Turksat a few years ago.

The dish has to be tilted forward.
You need clear view as it's much further east and lower elevation.
