    Hi, I've recently lost a bit of weight and have decided to buy a new pair of jeans, which is something I'be always struggled to buy.

    I was looking at For all Mankind jeans on ebay and have two questions:
    1. I'm a normal size 12 on my bottom so would a 30 waist be ok or would i need a 31?
    2. Whats the nicest pair? I generally like medium denim, worn look but not ripped and bootcut to balance out my hips.:)

    Ok first of all be careful with ebay, there are tons of fakes:mad::mad::mad:

    I think a 30 will fit depending on the style, i have loads of pairs and each style has a completely different fit, even the wash can make a huge difference.
    There are a couple of forums that have really helpful members that can sort you out with great advise. denimdna is one that i find great. havent been on in a while though i had to stop buying sevens...got a bit obsessed for a while:(:(.there should be a section there where the members sell jeans and they only sell real ones so you can be sure you dont get ripped off.


    My favourite pair were dojos cant remember the wash but they were really soft and i eventually worn them out :(

    Thanks Viv. The ones I was looking at on ebay were used so i should be good. If i liked the fit, I would buy a pair when we go to new york next.

    my problem is that although I'm a 12, my bum is bigger than my waist so i need a normal fit jean and not a slim fit.

    Even used ones could be fake though, have a look on the forums at the guides for spotting fakes or you could ask one of the members if they think they are real or not.

    Tkmaxx often have 7's i picked up a pair of flip/flop ones for 30euro a while ago, they are a bit shorter than normal which suits me as i usually have to get them taken up :)
