Quitting MW2....

20-07-2010 7:15pm#1Hey guys, ever since i Prestiged (accidently), me and my friend have decided to quit MW2. Yup, thats right. I had exactly 20 days played. My friend traded it in, but i still have, but havent played it since that night. And, i feel great!! I have so many other games to play that i have never finished BECAUSE of MW2. When i used to play it, that was the only game i ever played. I could never take it out. I still have Heavy Rain, RDR, BF BC2 and LOADS of other games i still i have to finish, also ordered Orange Box of eBay, should be here on Wednesday (Tomorrow). Hooray !
But my point is, quitting Mw2 was the best thing ever! Well, not EVER, obviously. But im so happy. I definitely wouldnt have done it if i never Prestiged accidentally. So maybe that was for the best after all
I mean, sometimes i miss playing in Sniper Lobbies and using the Intervention. But CoD4 is soo much better. Which you would have probably seen me say if you are friends with me on PS3. M40A3 FTW !!
MW2 is actually a Piece of Sh1t compared to CoD4. But half my friends list are from MW2, so ya know....

I felt like a traitor for playing other games after MW2 came out and then I realised, I was a traitor for playing MW2 when I should have been playing Fifa 10 all along. If that game didn't break I'd still be playing it, fortunately it did because now I play MW2 and other games, Fallout 3 FTW 400 hours on that game
. I think the problem with prestiging in this compared to COD4 is the amount of challenges, and too many levels. Its hard to keep up with the amount of challenges you could try and do. I used to complete most of them when prestiging on COD4, but my mind cannot keep up with even 50% of the challenges in MW2 
. Still over-all a good game in theory :cool: 0 -

Dude, with respect and no offence intended, I don't think your problems are MW2 related. If not playing a game makes you "so happy" and quitting the game is "best thing ever (almost)", then sounds like you should spend less time on the Xbox generally. It's a game, a hobby, treat it as such. It shouldn't control anyone in any shape or form, it shouldn't consume all your free time, so more time out and less time in is what I would suggest.0 -
