Does anybody know what a Hedge Fund Account Manager does? What type of salary a newly qualified accountant holding such a position can expect to attain?

Sounds like a fund accounting position.

Basically doing accounts for some offshore hedge fund.

High staff turnover in those places.........

Youd need to post more on the qualifications required to get an accurate salary estimate.
