Say if you want to compare the two different HPV vaccines where is the best place to go for information?
I know CDC, pubmed, the NHS website and Cochrane, is there anywhere else that is good to go to?
Are there many medical journals that let you view back issues for free?

I'm studying science so I do have a good understanding of the basics to make my way through things.
I'm in a practice how to research mode than an actually worried about anything...

Generally most of the journals are subscription only. Where are you studying? If you are in university the library should have an institutional subscription to lots of jourmals.

Sciencedirect is good for review articles. If your location is anything to go by you're in NUIM, access it from the campus and you'll get access to most articles. Searching 'Cervarix Gardasil' should land you with a good bit of reading material on HPV vaccination.
