    Yes, afraid so ... :)

My NCT failed on a few items - suspension, anti-roll, worn tyre.

Despite the bright red airbag warning light that's constantly on on the dash, there was no mention of this in the report.

My question is, when I fix the reported items, can they turn around and fail my re-test due to the airbag warning light that they didn't mention the first day?

    Any help appreciated. Thanks.

If you retest it within 28 days they only test the items it failed on - otherwise its a full retest

Go back and say it to them or fix the air bag light cause if you go back and they see the warning light he has to fail it because it's an obvious fail ie. he'll get in the car and check the odometer and see it

If there is was no mention of the airbag in the report , then they cant fail you for it in the retest.
